Sit Ups

Lunge Mornings (PVC)

Hanging Shoulder Shrug

Pause Squats (2 sec)

Push Ups

1 min of Calf Stretch (30 sec each)

 

Skill:

½ Tabata (2 min) of squats

Warm Up DB Box Step Ups 

 

WOD:

For Time:

100 Dumbbell Box Step Ups

Run 1 Mile

 

Skill:

Trap Smash, 1 min each

Plantar smash, 1 min each
