SKILL:
Transitions Drills- false grip ring rows, pulling from kneeling, seated, high ring strict pulls and swings
3-5 of each depending on ability
WOD:
30 Muscle Ups for time
COOL DOWN/ ACCESSORIES:
Bottom to bottom Tabata Squats (4 min)
Triceps Smash, 90 sec each
Overhead Tissue Smash, 90 sec each
