Very little in this world gives me more pleasure than watching someone accomplish something that they didn’t believe possible. Last week, Martha did the entire hang squat clean workout as prescribed… 5 minutes before 3-2-1 go… she didn’t think that she could do one rep. CrossFit has benefits that greatly exceed mere fitness. There is a honing of mental toughness, self confidence, changes in perceptions of self and so many other spiritual benefits that come from just doing the work that we haven’t even recognized yet. You all inspire this in us, and for that we say “thank you.”

Jog 400 M
10 Sit Ups
10 PVC Over Head Squats
10 Bandy Good Mornings
10 Box Jumps
10 Big Forward Arm Circles
10 Big Backwards Arm Circles
MWOD:
Olympic Wall Squat With PVC in OHS position (3 Min, Pg 343)
WOD:
As Many Reps as Possible in 12 Minutes, Ascending by 3’s each round of:
Overhead Squats (75/ 55)
Sit Ups
18 + 27 Rx
