Just felt like coming in..this one was tough. 25:13- 85#/95#, 24″
No drinking, no Disney (no time) but Krispy Kreme and twinkies!
Super proud of Ella, Jenny and Carmen! Overall it was a good experience!
I thought my WOD sounded difficult today @ CROSSFIT NORSEMEN (Alaska).
15:57 – 80 double unders, 70 squats, 60 pullups, 50 wall ball, 40 20″ box step ups holding kettle bell above waist.
*** 4 burpees EMOM!
Backwoods WOD: 40 push-ups, 30 squat cleans with log, 20 stump jumps on Douglass Fir stump, 30 squats (bigger log), 40 tuck jumps (didn’t bring rope). Just great to get in a WOD!!!
