Tspine smash (OH extension bias, 3 Min, Pg 238)
Barbell Calf Smash (2 min each, Pg 379)
WOD:

Run 200 M
10 Overhead Squats (115/ 75)
10 Pull Ups
10 Box Jumps
11:47 – legs felt weak on the running. Nice job to the 6 am die hards!
16:22. Weird, my 2nd set of OHS was the “worst”, totally had to regroup and get in my heels.
I wanted to say how proud I was of both the 6am and 9am classes. I saw very concentrated effort to have active shoulders and weight in the heels on the OHS. Nice job. And nice job Shea on her first class 🙂
14:56, #85 OHS. glad i went lighter, hard to keep those shoulders active in rounds 4&5. great combo of movements!
