Anterior Compartment Smash (2 Min Each)
Side Hip Smash (2 Min Each)
WOD:
“Chelsea”
Every Minute on the Minute for 30 Minutes of:
5 Pull Ups
10 Push Ups
15 Squats
If you make all 30 rounds successfully, this turns into a “death by” workout until you do not get all reps.
