    5RM-100#; 3RM-105#; 1RM-110#. Rolling tris to DB floor press x15x5- 4×10#, 1×15#;red/black band lat pull downs; bandy tris,hammers. Amazing how fast the manpon press got heavy, 95# seemed pretty easy 100# felt like I had added 50#!
