CrossFit Agoge is proud to host Saved By The Barbell again in 2019.
As many of you know, Kelly is very involved in supporting the growth of CrossFit in schools around the world. Over the past year, the CrossFit Foundation has dedicated over $150,000 towards school programs both nationally and internationally. 100% of the proceeds from this fundraiser go towards those efforts. Please join us on Saturday, Sept 14th at 9am to work together towards a brighter future and better opportunities for kids.

1 minute of med-ball sit-ups
1 minute of hang power cleans

Women: 14-lb. ball, 75-lb. deadlifts and cleans
Men: 20-lb. ball, 115-lb. deadlifts and cleans
