Warm up:

10 yd Bear crawl -> 10 yd Roving plank -> 5 Dot drills -> 10yd Frog hops
Skill work:
Food Family Feud
WOD:
Rock around the clock: Set up 12 cones in a large circle to represent the face of a clock. Athletes perform the designated number of reps of the established movement at each cone. If you like, spread a ring of ambits around the outside of the cones for the sit ups.
Odds: Tuck jumps
Evens: Sit ups
Each time an athlete completes the Sit ups at 12 o’clock, do 3 Cartwheels before starting again at 1 o’clock
