Warm up:
“Whistle” drill: Start with the first movement in each pairing. When the whistle is blown (or the Trainer calls “switch”), perform the second movement. Transition back and forth between the two movements until ready to progress to the next pairing.

Skill work:
Finish position: Hold a PVC pipe (or you can use a portable pull up bar) just in front of the finish position over the child’s head. Cue them to press overhead without bumping the PVC pipe. If over correction occurs, you can hold a second PVC pipe just behind the finish position.
