Skill work:
Heel balance drill: Press & Push press: Stand with your feet half on/half off a plate in the pressing stance. Perform a Shoulder Press and then a Push press, focusing on keeping heels down and toes off the floor
WOD:
In teams of 3-4, complete 3 rounds of as many reps as possible in 30 sec at each station.
