Skill work:
Simon Says: Use the standard format of this game “Simon says ___” to cue the kids to demonstrate: Front squat position, Press position, Front Squat, Press, & Thruster. If anyone makes a mistake (which they will), pick a quick movement for them (or the group) to do before resuming the game.
