Warm up:
Plank hopping relay: Members of a team perform roving plank sequentially on a 10-15yd stretch of floor. As each team member reaches the end they must stand and step or hop over their teammates on the way back to the beginning, where they will resume roving plank again.
Skill work:
Tarzan swings: Traverse a 6′ stretch of pull up bar (or two adjacent adjustable bars) using either hand over hand or side shuffle strategy.
WOD:
In teams of 3-4, perform 30 sec rotations through the following stations
Wall ups
Stationary Lunges
Dot Drills
Pull ups
Rest 1 min between rounds.
