Over Under Bars : Hang adjustable bars low on the rig at varying heights. If necessary you may also use j-hooks and bands to create a continuous challenge. Have the athletes take turns going over and under the “hurdles” you have created.
WOD:
AMRAP
5 Pull Ups
5 Box Jump Overs
5 Burpees
1 Cartwheel (Make sure all athletes are performing cartwheels in the same direction for safety)
