Skill work:

Windshield Wiper Drill: With shoulder and elbow at 90 degrees, work on internal and external rotation of the shoulder. Start out lying on the ground, then seated, then standing with opposite foot forward. Finally, try in the context of the throwing motion

WOD:

With a partner, complete as many rounds as possible of

10 Single-overhand passes (dodgeball)

5 Sit ups (each)

3 Push ups
