Partner Warm up:
Bring Sally Up v2.0: Every time the song says “Bring Sally down” drop to the floor on your belly. Every time the song says “Bring Sally up” jump up and clap.
Skill work:
Max double underhand throw for height: One at a time, using a 4lb medicine ball, use two hands to complete an underhand throw for maximum height on the wall. (hint: use your hips!)
WOD:
AMRAP in a given amount of time, ascending by 2 reps each round
