Warm up:

10 ft log roll -> 15m Bear crawl -> 15m Broad jump -> 15m Grapevine

Running catch
WOD:
With a partner, complete as many rounds as possible of the following
Both partners start in the middle of the room (Partner A holding a dodgeball) and run towards opposite cones.
Either while running or once there, Partner A throws the dodgeball to Partner B.
Both partners lunge walk back to the center (Partner B is now holding the ball).
Repeat the process with roles reversed (Partner B throws to A).
Once each partner has thrown the ball twice, complete 5 Pull ups each
Repeat until time is called.
