Switch Cones

 

Skill work: 

Knees Out:  Have athletes set up in a squat stance. Using a PVC line it up with the pinky toe and have athletes practice squating pressing their knee to the pvc as they reach back with hips and down.  (We did knees behind pvc last week which helped them reach back so remind them to do this as well and build on top of that skill).
