2 Forward rolls -> 15m broad jumps -> 5 Squats -> 5 Knees to elbows
Skill work:
Med ball/dodgeball cleans at the wall
WOD:
With a partner, perform as many rounds as possible of the following
10 Med ball clean and Overhead pass (5 each)
10 Med ball clean and chest pass (5 each)
10 Med ball clean and backwards pass (5 each)
20 Single unders (each)
