Warm up:
Alternating Tabata: Jump rope & Crab walk
Skill work:
Wall up -> Roll out: Athletes walk up the wall with their feet, moving their hands in as they go. Once maximum controlled hight is reached, athletes push off the wall (or a Trainer assists) to supported handstand, then tuck and roll out in a forward roll.

AMRAP in a given amount of time of
