Skill work:
Barrel rolls in plank
WOD:
With a partner, complete as many rounds as possible of
Partner A: 10 Deadlifts
Partner B: Barricade run (line up jump boxes in 2-3 rows):
Climb over boxes on the way down -> perform 1 forward roll -> sprint back.
Switch places and repeat for 3 min.
Rest 1-2 min.
Repeat 3 min AMRAP.
