To band or not to band… Here, Kristi demonstrates that getting in and out of the bands is not only time consuming but it can be almost as tiring as the pull-ups themselves. Our take: A great way to build up to pull-ups if you can’t do them yet. Bonus: a healthy dose of motivation to work hard and get past them as soon as possible.
