Banded Elbow Distraction (2 Min Each, Pg 281-283)
Overhead Tissue Smash Opt 1 (2 Min Each, Pg 255)
WOD:
Complete the following for time:
Row 1000 M
50 Lunge Steps
40 Wall Ball
30 Dips
20 Handstand Push Ups
10 Bar Muscle Ups
12:45- run for row (900m), 1/2 WB with 4#, 20# one arm KB tri extension for dips, reg push ups for HSPU, double unders for BMU just because…. 🙂
