Four Corners Style Warm Up:

2 Rounds at a Warm Up Pace

10 Sit Ups—> Lunge Walk

10 Plank Ups—> Inch Worm

10 Grass Hoppers—> Broad Jumps

10 Jumping Squats—>Spiderman Stretch

SKILL:  

Hang Power Clean

One person may move at a time, complete as many reps, switching as necessary:

4 Minutes of Max Hang Power Cleans

4 Minutes of Max Box Jumps

4 Minutes of Max Wall Ball
