5 Broad jumps -> 15yd Bear crawl -> 10 Lunge steps ->5 Handstand kick ups -> Agility Ladder

Skill work:

WOD: 

With a partner, complete as many rounds as possible of

Partner A: 8 Squats, Partner B: 4 Monkey hangs

Switch, and repeat for 3 Rounds

Partner A: 8 Push press, Partner B: 4 Box Jumps

Switch, and repeat for 3 Rounds
