General Warm Up:

Rowling:

Get as close to the set distance as possible. any meters over or under will be the reps for the following movement.
1: 100m- Squats
2: 115m – KB Deadlift
3:95m – Stinkbug Push Ups
4: 100m – Pull Ups

Specific Warm Up:

SDHP Progression
Handstand walk progression and mods.

WOD:

Every 3 Minutes x 4 Rounds of:
Row 250 m
10 Sumo Deadlift High Pull
Max Distance Handstand Walked (Can be multiple attempts)

Cool Down:

Jog/ Row/ Ski 2-3 min
LAX Forearm Smash
