80 Pull Ups while partner is in a Deadlift Hold
80 Deadlifts while partner is in a Pull Up Hold
60 Cleans while partner is in a Handstand hold
60 Handstand Push Ups while partner is in a Front Rack Hold
40 Push Press while partner is in a dip hold
40 Dips while partner is in an overhead hold
