2 Forward rolls -> 15m Lunge walk -> 5 Sit ups -> 5 Box jumps
Skill work:
MB clean from the floor
WOD:
Backpack Olympics: As a team complete the following AMRAP relay-style
5 Deadlifts- Backwards over the head pass to your teammate
5 Swings – on the last one, slide it onto your shoulders and Sprint 50m
5 Cleans – Run to the pull up frame and throw it wall ball style over the bar (run back with it)
