Deep Clean Day: This Saturday!

No we don’t mean with a barbell…

As you may recall, last Spring we pulled all the gear out the door and gave the gym a serious deep cleaning.

The results were very satisfying. But time, strong winds, and a whole lot of feet in and out the door each day have taken their toll and it is time to re-up.

The trainers will be taking on the grime this Saturday, July 26th, after the 9am class.  If you can spare the time, we would appreciate any help you guys are willing to give to the cause.
