Workout of the Day:
MWOD:
Glute Smash and Floss (2 min each, Pg 300)
Hip Capsule Mob (2 Min each, Pg 315)
WOD:
in 15 Minutes, find a 1 Rep Max Back Squat
Subtract to 50 % and perform as many reps as possible in 5 Minutes
Accessories:
Kettle Bell “oh heck”
3 Rounds of 1 minute each (so 6 minutes)
of max kettle bell swing to eye level and plank hold
135# 1 rep max. 54 reps @ 65#.
