Workout of the Day:
Group Warm Up
Jog 200 M Forwards
200 M Backwards
2 x Through of 30 seconds each of:
Squat
Sit Ups
Box Jumps
Push Ups
WOD:
Front Squat:
3-2-1-1-1
Subtract to 50% and hit as many reps as possible in 4 minutes.
Try to smash a big PR here. It has been a long time since we have gone for a heavy single front squat, so get after it.
115#- PR, then 26 reps @ 65#. Good job on the back squat today, Kelli!

Worked out with the 9am today, so glad I did. I got a small pr on my back squat of 160#. Think I’m ready for South Africa. 🙂
