WOD
Team Workout:
In teams of 6(ish) complete the following for time:
Row 500 Meters
Wall Ball
Toes to Bar
Dumbell Push Press
Burpees
Rest
Take the total number of reps for each exercise and subtract them in seconds from the total time. Each Team member must perform each exercise, time is dictated by how long it takes to row 500× 6.
Extras
Spend 10 minutes working on handstand skills.
