    For the Record: When Missy started CrossFit 2 years ago, she had to squat (unloaded) to a 20-inch box to avoid knee pain. Lady, you have done the work and it shows. Congrats on this weekend and all the small and large successes that lead you to this point. I can’t wait until you realize just how incredibly strong you are…
