Posterior Chain Smash and Floss (Monkey Bar of Death, 2 Min Each, Pg 349)

WOD:

As Many Rounds as Possible in 3 Minutes of:

5 Hand Stand Push Ups

5 Deadlifts (225/ 155)

5 Toes To Bar

Rest 2 Minutes and go again, repeat for 3 total rounds of work.
