skills day for me: jumping rope! tried criss-crosses, jumping backwards, in a circle, running, one-leg DU’s. then did a quick WOD of 3x ME doubleunders + pushups. so as soon as i missed a DU, i’d drop and do as many PU’s as i could.43+11, 33+13, 44+12.
