big storm shut down operations for the night, so did an early morning weightlifting session: EMOM for 8 min – ME shoulder press (#30), 3x 120′ farmers carry w #80, 3x ME handstand holds. then some shoulder PT with bands, 1st rib mobility, and sleeper stretches.
treadmills….are….awful. 4 mi of tempo intervals 2:00 on 2:00 off.
