18:15 (3:00 run, 4:00 row, 2:15 carry) and 70 reps. Glad to be home and doing a WOD!
24:05, 81 reps, 9#, 65#, 55#. Snatch and PP weights not quite 3/4 and 1/2 but it was fun.
22:30, 75 reps – #175, 105, 75. 3:05 run, 3:42 row, not sure about the carry. Great WOD, cool to have the different domains! good to be home!
22:00 and 104 reps(185, 135, 95) – I wasn’t happy with my rep count this morning.
