10 Tuck Jumps

10 Grasshoppers

10 Push Ups

10 Russian Kettle Bell Swings

10 Russian Twists

10 Lunges Each Leg

WOD:

8x 100M sprintsĀ 

60 second rest between efforts

MWOD:

Partner Hamstring Smash (Use 1/4 of the remaining time on each leg of the partnership)
