Hip Flexion External Rotation Bias (On Box, 2 Min Each)
Skill:
Squat Snatch
WOD:
Warm up to 75% of your 1 RM snatch
Then perform 1 snatch every minute on the minute for 20 Minutes. Try to make them squat snatches.
