Every Minute on the Minute of:
10 Hand Release Push Ups
5 Wall Ball
Spend the remainder of the minute holding the plank position. Perform as many rounds as you can until you either fail to perform all of the reps in the given minute, fail to hold the plank or 15 Minutes, whichever comes first. (And don’t worry, I hate me too. – JB)
