Skill work:
Catching & running to the catch
WOD:
With a partner, throw a medicine ball (leapfrog style) down the length of the gym. When you get to the end, perform 10 reps of the following exercises:
Round 1: Squats
Round 2: Sit ups
Round 3: Tuck jumps
Round 4: Stink bugs
Repeat as many times as possible until “time” is called.
