Sunday: Lots of benchy type stuff- push jerk 1×15@80%- 90#; timed behind the neck bb press x 1 min x 3- 16,19,19; bb extensions (no chain); bandy curls

Fun weekend – Saturday mountain bike spin with family and doggies on Aspen trail, then Sunday a wonderful 1hr trail run on Forest Fence trail. lots of butterflies on the latter, a whole lotta dust on the former. Bring on the rain!
