Take a look around you folks, tomorrow will be our last day in this building. Above you see our new home. A very big thank you to the folks from Par Mechanical for being such good neighbors, landlords and now, also good friends.
Workout of the Day
Perform the Burgener Warm up 3 times all the way through with increasing weight each time. You do not have to do all of the movements without a rest, if you need a break, then stop and take one and then finish the remaining movements
