Warm up:
1 Cartwheel, 5 Dot Drills, Broad Jumps 10m, Inch Worm 10m
Skill work:
Clean up your room: Spread random items around the floor, making sure to keep all items relatively light. One at a time, team members select an item to deadlift up off the floor and return to its proper location in the gym. Try to provide some odd shaped items to encourage problem solving. To up the Fun Factor, divide your class into teams and race to see who can get the most items. 1 point for picking it up, 5 points for picking it up with an “Angry Gorilla back”
