Warm up:

3 Times Through:

1 Cartwheel,  Bear Crawl 10m, Bar Traverse 5m, Lunge Walk 10m.

Skill work: 

Power Clean vs Squat Clean:  Turn this one into a game!  Start by reviewing the basics of the clean to ensure all athletes know how to perform both a power clean and a squat clean.  Once movement standards are established have a trainer call out either “Power” or “Squat” and see if they can being to quickly distinguish between the two.  You can add other options in the mix if it makes sense for the group.  (Ex: Have them jumping jack while they are waiting for movements to be called.)
