Toes to Bar Skills/Drills-
- Partner Kipping Swings Target Drill (one partner holds hand behind as a back target)
- Partner Toe Target Drill (one partner is holding Target in front for feet and actively pushes feet down)
WOD:
Every Minute on the Minute x 10 Minutes of:
5 Toes to Bar
10 Front Squats
Skill:
Seated See Saw Press (KB or DB) 8×3 rounds each arm
Quad Smash, 90 sec each
Overhead Tissue Smash, 90 sec each
