Warm up:
Three Times Through
2 Forward Rolls, Inchworm 10 m, Lungewalk 10 m, Zig Zag through the Cones
Skill work:
Plank Games: Have athletes find a spot where they can perform a plank without touching another person. Once they are in plank call out challenges for them to perform. “Touch your right shoulder with your left hand”, “Rub your belly with your right hand”, “ High five your nieghbor”, ETC. See who can continue to hold plank during the entire challenge.
WOD:
Partner AMRAP
3 Handstand Kickup each person
3 Burpees each person
3 Front Squats each person
3 Cal on the Ski Erg each person
Each partner must complete the movements before they move on to the next one. Ex: Partner A does HSKU then partner B does them. Partner A cannot start burpees until all of the HSKU are complete and so on through the movements.
