Meet Caigen (hope that I got that right bud) from CrossFit Junction. This impressive young man led his team of younger athletes and a mother, all concerned about their ability to participate (including someone who had never done a CrossFit workout before), through the entire competition. He picked them up when they were down, and showed them the way to the finish line all day. Well done C.
