Warm up:
Skip to my Lou – When the music plays, skip. When it stops, freeze, and wait to hear what movement you will do!
Skill work:
Partner plate pass: Seated back-to-back with no more than a couple inches between. One light plate (5-10 lbs) per pair. One partner Presses the plate up directly overhead and passes it to the other partner. The second person, brings the weight back down in front of the body and then presses it back overhead to pass pack to the first person. Repeat.
WOD:
AMRAP in a given amount of time of
7 Push press -> Walk 10 yds with weights overhead
14 Jumping jacks -> Lunge 5-10 yds with weights at sides
