Skill work:
Follow through Drill: Hang hoola hoops from the pull up rig as targets. Keep eyes focused on the hoop throughout the throw and then follow through by pointing at the target with the throwing hand.
WOD:
AMRAP in a given amount of time of

Retrieve a dodgeball from a bucket -> throw through the hoop from a designated line -> return the ball to the bucket
